RESEARCH |
I am generally aiming at reaching a deeper understanding of real condensed
matter systems from a microscopic point of view. In this regard, my main
concern is the electronic structure. As the latter shows in the most
interesting cases a complex many-particle character, combining realistic
band-structure methods with approaches from many-body theory is one
major goal of my research.
Some general topics/frameworks are:
